              I drove from Halifax to NJ in my E30 that was in need of maintenance and it did just fine. Drove for damn near 24hrs straight including gas and food stops. As long as the engine runs well all the time and the brakes have lots of life left and nothing is leaking too much I'd say you'd be fine.
