Don't know why there's so much animosity toward Saabs unless it's based exclusively on GM-era cars. Saabs were actually pretty cool from about the early '70s through the early '90s, peaking with the first-generation 900 Turbo shown above. My father is actually a saab mechanic. The classic models are awesome cars. In my opinion GM screwed the name up. I do however own a 1995 900 as my daily driver, its pretty garbage to drive but its cheap as hell to run and its pretty damn reliable.Comment

Ya dude honestly, in my opinion saab owners are a little more extreme than say your average volvo owners. Their niche is way deeper. That's one thing I love about them - how so many people hate them.
