Good friend of mine works there, super super dank food... just depends on what you get haha.

Five guys is pretty crappy, greasy and oily... but good when you're on Garnet hammered.

My gf works at the one here in SD and I like it.

Expensive, but the food and toppings are top notch. Customer service is great and friendly and the place has a nice vibe about it.

Place is always packed too. Like fully packed.

Packed thin burger(1/2 thick raw)
Then cut up 1/2 onion, 1 large mushroom and saute them with strips of bacon and bits of bacon fat with favorite beer & butter.

Once the bacon is half cooked throw the patty in and cook for 5 minutes doing 4 flips in that time. Also adding said beer along with the flips.

Once the patty runs clear stack the sauteed bits and bacon on top. Then slice of favorite cheese on top. Then throw 4 tbl spoons of water in and put the lid on to melt the cheese.

On subject I like a 5 guys burger, but find their fries a bit salty. The burgers have never been greasy though, all depends on the cook. But my FAVORITE burger joint is Johnny Rockets, I always get the Route 66 with extra everything but cheese.

if you want a heart attack, go for it. I wasn't impressed when I ate there...nor by 5 guys. In-n-out is next on the "try overrated burger joints" list

Ours is pretty good. I'm just not a fan of $9+ burger meals. Burgers are supposed to be cheap when out and about. At home you make them nice and they still don't cost $9 to feed the whole family.
