    Anyone else playing world of tanks?

    If you don't know what it is its a godly ww2 based mmo where you (obviously) play tanks pvp. Anything from the crappy shit cans of the 20's-30's all the way up to the giant death machines from the late 40's-50's

      Is it COMPLETELY free, or do they make it free but you always get your ass kicked because the paying players can upgrade more often, etc?

          I play, it is totally free, you can pay if you want some of the tanks but 90% are free. Also there are some consumable items and mild stat upgrades you can pay for if yuo want, and paying gives you more points in maches, so you level up faster, thats all.

          The good thing is you do not need to spend a penny to be competitive. paying give really no advantage over non paying players. it all comes down to how much skill you have.

          Overall it is a good game, well balanced, and fun.

            Okay For the most part its free...lol but the tanks you buy with real money arn't that special, and you can't upgrade them.

            They really designed this game to be fair on all levels
