If I were looking for a dedicated track car, I'd probably use an e30, with a turbo m30. If I had the resources of someone like Mats Kinnby, I'd continue to use the e28. All in all, I tend to agree with the concensus that the e30 can be made into a much better performing car. That doesn't make the e28 any less of a cool car, just different. No reason to be bashing either car, that's for sure.
