My wife just scored a 95% on the CCIM certification exam she took last week. We're off to Arizona next weekend for her pinning ceremony. Less than 6% of commercial real estate professionals hold this designation, its compared to a having doctorate in commercial real estate. So it's a pretty high honour!!! I'm very proud of her.

Pinning ceremony is at the Arizona Biltmore, special guest appearance by Mick Fleetwood,

I was born in Oxford but grew up in High Wycombe. My parents used to watch Fleetwodd in their early days at the local pubs! haha We saw Mick in Lahaina, Hawaii 2 years ago. I think he lives there as well now.

Well she did buy a stage 2 clutchmasters kit about 3 weeks ago for me when my S50 ripped the old M20 pressure plate apart :D
