    Digital camera questions

Nikon Coolpix L120 14.1 mp My CC has points and I want a camera for free. Have way decent? My son took my Nikon D40 and daughter snagged the D40X replacement. So time to upgrade from dead casio and my Droid X.

    It's free due to points.

I have this one at work, I've played around with it a little. For a point and shoot it has some manual controls and its zoom is in the 20ishx optical range. Good lens for the price of free too. I'm sure that's more than you'll need.

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

Expert review of the Nikon Coolpix L120 camera with sample photos, test shots, videos and more...

I was just researching long-zoom camera's, ended up going with a Sony HX100v. The l120 decent enough if you remember it is at the bottom tier of the category. Check out the sample shots in that review though, depending on how large you want your pictures they are very noisy. If you are coming from a D40 I think you will be very disappointed with the IQ.

Yeah, realized it's a limited use camera just for shows I don't go very much beyond 1080 or the next size up.

I might get another real camera later but I have to use 45K points this month or they go poof and it's only thing I need really.
