Why most girls can't maintain cars

This is a real text message conversation I had with my girlfriend who has owned her Jeep for 10 years. Its the only car she has ever had.

I feel for you guys. My ex had the belt break on a truck she borrowed....and to cool the engine down, she poured coolant on top of the motor, all over the fucking place.

I went to rescue her and could have slapped the shit out of her.

Threw a new belt on and it was good to go.

My new GF works on the car wif meh. Couldn't be fucking happier! I don't get those call about lights and shit. It's mostly a thing where we talk and she tells me what happened and how she fixed it. BAM! I can only worry about my cars now. FUCK YEAH!

Atleast you kept you composure and didn't go off at her. I don't know if I could have been the nice with my response. Nice work, '02.

It took her ten years to see the temp gauge?

          I would mess with her.

I could go on and on about her driving habits, most of which are similar to evasive maneuvers one might use while trying to dodge machine gun rounds. Last month she managed to bend a wheel (a stock Jeep Wrangler high profile wheel) on her 10 mile drive to work which is mostly spent on a 35 mph residential road.

A good response would have been "oh honey that's the headlamp fluid level gauge you'd better stop at autozone and get some more"

Hey '02, let's not forget the three lawn chairs that layed down their lives for her driving (or lack there of) last week.

Thats right. She pulled in to her drive way and head on ran the f*ck over three lawn chairs with the Jeep. That girl really can't drive...

My daughter will not be part of this demographic!

At 12, she knows how to do a cam-side valve adjustment on my E28 535 start to finish. I just stood there in case I was needed, but she did everything from removing the intake, removing the plugs, gapping and installing new ones, turning the engine with the diagnostic port jumper, and buttoning everything up.... really the whole job.

She wants me to buy an old motor so she can take it apart and reassemble it! That's my girl!
