a little update on this thread....
the guy who hit him admitted to authorities he was high on methamphetamines at the time of the accident, but nothing happened legally
so the guy is a free man only served a few months in jail. my friends are telling me that the case didn't hold because my friend was also intoxicated (alcohol)...
pretty bummed.Comment
