      My friend who is an electrical engineer actually had a really cool idea for this stuff for cars. Basically instead of a spring and shock at each corner, you would have a linear actuator with senors. As the wheel hit a bump and force was applied to the actuator, the computer controlling everything would "feel" this and move the actuator up accordingly. So basically the suspension would move up and down perfectly of the ground, creating a perfectly smooth ride and keeping the tire in contact with the ground at all times.

              This really has nothing to do with AI. All it is is a robot with a accelerometer. If it leans one direction, it moves the opposite way to counteract it. Cause and effect, not decision making.
