what happened to the ordeal with AC Nico?

I remember reading a while back in the feedback sub-forum that he didn't send out wheels for months IIRC. I just checked now to see if it was ever resolved, but thread is gone. I assume it was fixed, but my curiosity is overwhelming. What happened? Cliffs?

EDIT: Asking because I might be looking for wheels in the future, and know he has a lot.
