Your first CD

My first record was The Fat Boys. Lol

I can't remember what CD I bought first, as it was the mid '80s when everything was either blurred or blacked out.

On the other hand, I remember the first LP I bought. It was this instrumental disco shit that for some reason got me when I was 8 years old (thanks, google, for the date):



Meanwhile, there were plenty of good LPs (Beatles, Aerosmith, Bad Company and many more!) at home bought by my older brother and sister. This was just my first LP which I think I bought at the Wherehouse on Tustin Ave in Orange. I think a woodworking shop has been there for the past couple of decades. Archie would probably remember.

Although, even at a young age (8-10) I was a hell of a pirate. I think I actually purchased these albums because my Mom couldn't afford net anymore and I was jonesing.

Bought it right before a family trip down to Santa Barbara but I didn't have my own cd player so I'd have to wait for my sister to lend hers to me.

Luckily my dad was cool as fuck listened to everything from bobby brown to pearl jam, so we had tons of music. You know how some family's have a predetermined career of being a lawyer? Well I was raised to be a famous rock musician lol I think I broke my dads heart when I told him I was done with being a rockstar lol.
