Will OSU get a shot at the title?

Just curious, we had inexcusable loss to Iowa State in Double OT.

But, we have 5 wins against Top 25 teams to Alabama's 2, however, Alabama's only loss is to LSU.

I hope the BCS sees the drama in an LSU/OSU title game. Not only in the pro quality secondary of LSU up against our offense, but that Les Miles was OSU's coach before he bailed to LSU.

I won't watch the game if it's LSU v Alabama again. I still haven't recovered from the brain damage incurred from the first meeting.

I hope so. No one really wants to see another 9-6 game for one, and the drama and backlash if Alabama were to win isn't worth it IMO.

I predict low ratings in a 'bama LSU rematch. I'd love to see OSU play, especially after pounding OK.

AP poll has bama at 2, with OKST a semi-distant 3rd. Unless OKST tops bama in the coaches poll, the computer isn't going to leapfrog them to 2. I think OKST's offense could pose a threat to LSU. Hell, the Ducks did better on offense (and defense) than bama did against LSU.

I would love to see LSU play OSU. The LSU Alabama game was boring, aside from 4 missed field goals.

The only people who want a rematch are a few talking heads(media) and knuckleheads in Alabama. Depending on how you look at the wins listed, OSU should have the shot. And a quote- Saban is quoted as saying, “Anyone who doesn’t win their conference has no business playing in the national championship game.”

That itself would stir a lot of drama in other teams saying they only had a couple loses and should get the chance at the title.

Where was OK ranked in the beginning of the season?
Remember 2004? Auburn went undefeated that season, and got edged out by OK. OK started too low in the rankings this year. Take your licks. The SEC took it's licks 8 years ago, now we are the "stronger" conference.
