Guy is an embarrassment to my Navy. Looks like he got what he deserved for being a moron. On top of being a racist asshole, he topped everything off by acting like the limp-wristed Evo owner's bitch. Weak -
I would have done 100% same, minus the "Faggit!" comment. Yeah, in the eyes of the law it would be wrong to retaliate like that, but I would not tolerate someone disrespecting me like that.Leave a comment:

I just wasted ten minutes of my life reading through that stupid thread, probably simply because I am supposed to be doing my homework right now, but the thread just got closed, and btw, the paint DID come off quite easily w/ WD-40.Leave a comment:

^ This ^I feel his pain. Every car of mine in the last few years has been vandalized, I would LOVE to get ahold of the person who smashed my window or keyed my Jeep. However, if I found a crazy old man ranting about some WWII shit spray painting my car, I would just call the cops.
If I encounter someone who is apparently unstable and willing to randomly vandalize my possessions I will not be provoking them further. In Nevada that alleged cage fighter could very well have been shot by a retired navy guy with a concealed carry.
Its a car after all and its pretty simple to just call my insurance company have them cut me a check.
No need to risk life an limb over a possession. We are all just renting these things - houses , cars, boats, and so forth as when you die someone else will end up with it.
That paint will easily buff out on a regularly waxed /sealed clear coat finish as was stated. Minor cut and polish and its history.
Old guy obviously has mental issues and is downtrodden as a result of the economy as a whole as well as his own personal economy and is reaching out for help. He is doing it in his own fucked up deranged manner , but still needs some help to cope with human interaction.
After all he could have pulled out a bat and added assault and battery very simply , but he remained non violent after he reliazed he actions were in the wrong.Leave a comment:

Agree, but that EVO owner is quite a tool as well.Nah no sympathy for the old dude, why the fuck would he spray paint the car in the first place? I'd have some sympathy if it was an accident, or if he was mentally handicapped, but I can't feel bad for someone who intended to shit all over someone elses property. He was asking for it all the way and deserves every blow.
If you don't feel having the shit kicked out of you is justified maybe you shouldn't vandalize stuff in the first place.Leave a comment:

Retired navy guy will get sent to jail for multiple charges of vandalism
Douchebag evo driver will probably also see jailtime for assault.Leave a comment:

Should've used all that energy to get some acetone pronto and clean the shit off.
A good detailer can even get it off a couple days later, polish etc. No need to respray unless your clear layer was rubbish in the first place.Leave a comment:

No way in hell will I take that bet. But I'm not sure what the laws in FL are--I think if it were Texas the kid would be in the clear.Leave a comment:
