                    If I am not mistaken, headlights should be at least 21" from the ground. They let lose on this because lots of cars won't pass from factory. My bug is way lower than in that in the picture but not tickets yet.


                    ride height, and NOT on bags.

                          California vehicle height code state that the head light must be at least 22inches from the ground.
