Over or Under

Its a revelation. You pull one sheet out at a time, like a tissue, but sturdier. Two folds and you're off to the races. It would be tragic if it broke off inside as it is locked, but i haven't ran into issues yet. living off campus=taking your daily doo in a public restroom.

can anyone here explain their reasoning for why they like it the way they do (besides the cat owners who have already given a logical reason)? this debate pops up around the net every other week and I still don't understand why some people are so adamant about having it their way...OCD?

Read the thread. Under method will sometimes leave you unable to pull it out cleanly/easily. With the over method the next square is always easy to grab.

I had my boss in stitches at work the other week because I went on a tirade about the cleaning people putting the rolls on 'the wrong way'. If I ever find that fancy little key to unlock the dispenser.... it's on like Donkey Kong

Its even more of an annoyance when its in a public restroom with those tin box cover things.

and whenever its these dispensers and the above issue happens its irritating.
