                  Got a few bottles of good beer from my mom, a few DVDs, etc.

                  The wife and I aren't exchanging gifts for the 3rd year in a row, just spend some money fixing up the house.

                    Thats actually a really smart idea... A friend of mine who just got married this year decided with his wife that they would only buy gifts every other year, and on the off years they'd have to make the other gifts, and the money would go towards that years project/ trip/ etc.

                        when i looked at the picture i only saw one of them. now i clearly see there ski's but why are they so wide? never seen ski's that wide.

                            You'll also notice that the tips on both ends of each ski are curved up.
