... I just got back from a party that was shut down by the police. They issued me an underage possession of alcohol ticket even though I was not breath-a-lized nor was i found with alcohol.


What do I do lol.

When I was waiting in court for my ticket, watching people's cases, there were a lot of people with alcohol possession tickets for people that were parked in a car. Even though one dude had the cup/bottle, they all got tickets in every case. :o

Gahhh I dont want to. There was honestly 1 or 2 people there who were legitimately not drinking and they got the same shit. In my eyes im on the same level as them considering I wasnt breathilized or even suspected to be drinking. People were drinking in the basement and I was upstairs when the cops came in.

Sucks for me that most of my friends there are 17 and got away easy :(

That sucks. Everyone drinks before they are 21, and some people get caught. Only thing to do is pay it and learn from it. You just can't draw to much attention to yourself and you wont get bothered.

Not gonna lie, I have ran away from an underage drinking ticket before. I snuck a flask into a bar, it was on the porch, a cop walking by saw it and asked to see my ID, I told her I didn't have it with me, she went inside to talk to a manager and I took off. Good times.
