Only thing I can bring up is the base is too narrow. Given the height of the resting place of the welders weight you might have issues with pushing it around when doing tasks. I a
Just meaning it could topple over if you're careless when doing a job. Trust me it happens

The rear wheels will be extended out on the sides... ;)

And yes. The gas will be on the cart!

Nice job. I wasn't very creative when I needed a cart for my Dynasty Tig, I just used a tool cart and modified it a bit. I'll snap a picture tomorrow.

I saw a tool cart at home depot..and thought... I totally had the same idea as you but decided to build my own since space is very limited.

Added a handle and modified it to hold a tank. Cooler fits in lower shelf.

I dont see a bottle fitting on the back very well. I would have just put the machine shelf level and added another storage shelf with solid sheet metal, not expanded so shit like your tungstens and collets dont fall out and some bottle chains. Good first shot though. Also some pvc storage tubes on the side for your filler rods would be handy, hooks for your torch and ground lines.

The gas tank will fit. If its too tight I can slide the machine up and use the slats as stoppers. I wanted it to be angled so I could see the DGR better. The reason I did expanded metal is because the only thing that bottom shelf will store is big things.

PVC on the side is a pretty good idea. I like that.
