    I have a few good goto workouts for my back and shoulders but anyone have any they like?
    Current: 1988 M3 - Henna/Black black alcantara

      Upright rows are great for building your traps.

      Military press is probably the best thing you can do for your shoulders.

      Reverse fly (with dumbbells, standing up, bending at the waist) are good for delts. Just started doin em, felt it sore after the first 2 workouts, so obviously I've been missing my rear delts lol


      Other than that, i just do standard stuff as well, If anyone has any recommendations, I'm open for em!

            Pretty much everything I do aswell. Incorporated dumbbells on my calisthenic days for arm raise lunges for shoulders as well. Feels damn good but ososore.
