I break mine into Chest, Back, Shoulders/legs, arms. With a bit of ab work randomly chucked in. TRX is good fun and surprisingly effective. Other than that tend to do regular exercises and then make stuff up.. Keep it fun and enjoyable.

Lol, I hear that. My motivation now is all the milfs at my gym and work. Sounds shallow but fuck it whatever works and gets me going. Wife calls me a pig but hey I'm a pig getting in shape. Your old work out routine is where I'm at now. Starting to get a bit boring and repetitive... I pick things up and put them down.

I took multiple weight training classes at my college only because they are cheaper than the gym and it actually motivates me to workout since i have a schedule and a grade loll.. aside from that, that's the only workout time i get... i find myself playing more sports than working out

    Any lifters/gym people here?

After graduating last year I vowed to hit the gym again. Well it's been about 3 months and the results were great at first but I'm slowly hitting my peak. Dropped a few pant sizes and gained some mass but now I need ideas for different workouts.

My workout usually consists of 15 minutes on the elliptical to get my heart rate up to around 130, work out 2-3 muscle groups, followed by a 20-30 minute jog, and finishing with a 5-10 minute sauna. I give about a day or 2 for the muscle to recoup.

I don't take any supplements but I was told the Amplified brand from GNC helps greatly. Will probably be picking up their wheyabolic and recovery proteins.

Need help with different workout routines. My workouts have all been "top" heavy (shoulders, arms, chest, traps, etc.) and could really use some routines for a good core workout.
Working...
