Xbox ring of death = Depressed

So my Xbox has 3 wonderful red lights. This is the second time now and it is not covered by warranty :(

Don't really know what to do now, besides the stack of game I have (including battle field 3 that I bought a week ago) I use the xbox and tversity to stream my movies to my TV. But I don't really want to spend $400 on another xbox for videos when I can just get a media converter. I have also heard there that xbox 720 may come out at the end of the year.

I don't really know what the point of this thread is I suppose just a rant.

I wouldn't get a 2nd hand one shit will probably happen again. If anything a new one cos they do not have this problem. Or if it can be reliably fixed.

Seriously though, I went through 2 Xbox's before getting a reman PS3 from game stop.

I love it. Plus it doubles as a blueray player
