Thanks for the support everyone. Now I have to try to convince my father in law "Steve" the one pictured in the original post not to do what I want to do. I've already talked to him and he's ready to put the man in the grave than let him go to prison. He has friends in biker gangs in the Cincinnati area and they're like family to my in-laws, and in turn me and my family. This man's name just hit the top of the list for hits in Cincinnati regardless of what my in-laws want to happen.

In all seriousness if this was in AUS I would run him over at 100km/h, that is only considered manslughter here. Then with a physiatric report, and a first offence, I would probably get off with community serivce, physiatrist vistis, and a fine.
