I have a buddy who works for FMC, as well as I have two friends who are engineers for Lockheed Martin and they know nothing about this transport (I asked them yesterday as well as showed them this). Now thats not to say they know everything that is going on, but they are not JR's around there so they usually know when something of this magnitude is going on.
FMC doesn't exist anymore. Bought out a few years ago. The old FMC facility doesn't have the capacity to house that many vehicles. I can assure you these are not on their way there.
These vehicles are most likely being transferred between depots to redistribute vehicles for training purposes or even more simply to relocate them for storage. They are not warbound at the moment...no desert camo. 100 vehicles is not a lot and happens all the time. Could possibly be part of an FMS case but unlikely. No need to worry either way.

I'm a transporter, this is what I do in the army. Trust me this is no big deal. As others have said before, it happens everyday.

Guess were just not use to seeing this many Bradley's on one train being shipped through. Even when living in San Diego, I never saw anything of this magnitude. Good to know though.
Probably headed to a training center somewhere or being prepped for sale/distribution.
Believe me.. there is enough equipment in Iraq/Afghanistan/Kuwait right now to take over the entire middle east. You would not believe the capability of our military vehicles. The Brads on this train do not look like they are even equipped with the most recent commo/tracking systems that the military has been using for YEARS.
Google "Blue Force Tracker" and read up on our capabilities.. you haven't even seen this in movies yet, I can promise you.
50 bucks says they are on their way to, or coming from the re manufacturing facility, where they rebuild them from the ground up. They're all shipped to and from there by train in mass amounts as it's the most economical way of doing it.
This was filmed in Watsonville, CA on Jan 20th of this year (yesterday). What the hell, and where the hell did this many tanks, and transports come from, and where are they headed? I mean a few in redistribution across the country is one thing, but I have never seen a train/cargo this large. Almost like we are gearing up for something big to come? Iran maybe?
Let me guess. You work for one of the major news networks?
Might be headed to Korea or Guam. USMC is moving from Okinawa to Guam so they might be getting new toys. There is a fleet of ships anchored at Diego that has a large force as well. Things get rotated all the for overhauls.
Yawn... If you think it is bad to see this much equipment moving by rail in the states you should have seen how many pieces we moved by rail between Italy and Germany just for training exercises. The Austrians and/or Sweds must have been shitting themselves!

No. This was just on youtube, a friend of a friend posted it, Found it interesting as I (nor many in this area) find if common to see 150+ Bradley's trotting through. Why would you ask if I worked for a major news network? Can people not pose questions, and hope for a response (which I now have)?

Yeah, didn't think about that. My family lives in Guam and they have been talking about the shift and all the money that is being dumped into that little island to support it and the influx of soldiers and people that it will be seeing in the next years to come.
