Making pizza or bread dough is insanely easy. Its flour, yeast, salt and water. I usually whip up 4 cups of dough in the afternoon, takes about 5 mins of mixing and 10 of cleaning up. Then you leave that shit on the counter for a few hours.
Important: Use bread flour, it has more gluten which makes the dough stretchy. I add oregano and garlic salt for extra goodness. Also I've never gotten a good crust without stretching out the dough and prebaking it on a greased sheet for about 5 mins @425*, then take it out, sauce it and pile on all the bullshit you want on it, put it back in ON THE RACK.--WillComment

Since NE Ohio is 90% Italian and/or Sicilian, yes I can buy pizza dough. I don't bother though since you can't walk half a mile without passing a pizzeria around here.Comment

Almost all around here carry it in the freezer section. There is one grocery store that makes it fresh daily and I do buy it there sometimes. Most of the time though I just go into a local pizza place and buy dough from them. Most smaller mom and pop type places will see you stuff, I like this because it is usually better very fresh dough. I also know that I like the place already most of the time as well so that makes getting their dough for my home pies even better.2011 JGC daily, 1985 944Comment
