I don't know how they size roller blades, but my hockey skates are usually sized a bit smaller than my shoe size. For instance you are a 12 shoe size, but you would probably wear a 10.5 skate.

Skating is fun... I like to roller skate, hell I even played roller hockey as well. I would probably refrain from roller skating down the sidewalk where everyone can see me.

i love skating. i played hockey as well. both ice and roller. currently i am a roller derby ref. shits no joke lol but anyways when i bought hockey skates they are usually about a size and a half smaller than my shoe size. however certain brands run true to shoe size. if you are unsure just check the skate website. im sure they have a sizing chart. quad skates are def becoming increasingly popular along with roller derby. another buddy of mine got a pair of hand me down quad skates from a relative. he recently checked the value of the hardware and it was excess 300 bux. not too shabby. i personally would not skate to work tho.
