I am waiting for attack on Titan to finish before I start watching it. It looks really good and is on my watch list.
I didn't think Gurren Lagann was over the top. For over the top I would say Hellsing the one that just finished was up there, Berserk end of the first ark was too, and I can't think of the name of it but it has this boy who is framed for killing his class mates goes to this crazy prison meets long lost female friend Shiro then finds out he has some power he can control his blood and shoot blood bullets. I think it has carnival in the name.
Holland I assume your favorite would have "The Red Comet" in it. I liked his character as Lt. Quattro too. Hyaki shiki I am sure I spelled that wrong, the gold mobil suit is one of my favorites. I think it was red under the gold.
I remember watching Inuyasha, I bought all of the discs available in English subs and I think it went up to 100 something. And I had like 5 episodes left and I was saying to myself wow they are really going to try and cram this in, I can't see how they can possibly end it like this.
So after I finished the last episodes I had, I realized there was more, so I tried to buy it and it wasn't available yet. It drove me nuts for about a week and then I learned about torrents. Found out there was a few more after what I saw but just waited until it finished. I have no patience when it comes to a show I get into. This is why I wait for the show to finish before watching.
Then when I watched the last of it, it was a huge cliff hanger ending like most anime are and I was a kind of mad that they didn't really finish it. I looked into reading the manga but couldn't get into the drawing style. A few years later the Inuyasha final came out. I have no clue why I liked that show.
YOU WILL LOVE ATTACK ON TITAN.....yes i was shouting that.....i just finished it, i have a list that i need to watch, i just got done with btooom!, it was good, last week i finished sword art online, that was good also.

Btoom! wasn't bad, waiting on the second season. What kind of new bombs will they show this time? And I liked the first half of Sword Art Online better than the second half but it was still really good. Overall good ending.
Though I can't really say I have seen a lot of anime I hated. Most of them have their good qualities : art style, music, animation, voice actors... Very few of them I would say I disliked. Too much of a fan I guess.
I am on episode 34 of grappler Baki it gets a lot better after the first half. I have to look into Zone of Enders. But Tenchi Muyo is definitely a good one. Have you seen the latest one with Tenchi's younger brother(Kenshi)? I liked it, it a came out last year I think. Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari
Haven't seen High School of the Dead. I don't like zombies and it looked like hentai. Is it any good? I need another good anime after Grappler Baki.
What is everyone's favorite or good recommendation non main stream(main stream is Naruto, One Piece, Bleach,...)? I recommend Hajime no Ippo. It is older but good story. And it is long so it will last you a while. Favorite is probably my first Record of Lodoss War, it is swords and sorcery.
