Dude, the Original Mobile Suit Gundam, pretty much sucks until the final ten episodes, then gets legendary. To top it off Char get's a headshot in the end with a damn rocket launcher.

That is ok with me. I don't watch it just for Takumi. And it is based off of the manga which is still ongoing as far as my knowledge. Maybe stage 6 will have more Takumi.

I don't get very upset when they don't show my favorite character. If I did I would have stopped reading comic books a long time ago, when they started drawing Gambit as part of the back ground art.

Yeah I still like the story lines, but I just think they spent too much time on them I guess.

I really hope there's a 6th stage, because my favorite part of the show was when takumi went from doing stuff with the speed stars to joining project D, there was a lot of fresh character development where he realized his dream and came to grips with his skills while still dealing with going separate his love interest. I like that kind of stuff, so when they spent a ton of time on one arc that was pretty decent but just kind of "out-of-left-field" that's why I'm iffy on it.

I guess I'm one of the few who has some sympathy for the group of hopeless losers. It's also cool for Takumi to gain a love interest once again as well.

Initial D manga is supposed to end this year 2013, at the end of the current volume. The next Initial D movie comes out in 2014 no exact date yet but it will pick up at the end of Stage 5. The Final Stage is supposed to come out after the movie and will have the remainder of the story wrapped up. Initial D manga has been going for 18 year but it is confirmed it is over this year.

Full Metal Panic had it all, even giant robots. Elfen Leid was good but it kind of drug on to me, the very beginning and the end were my favorite parts. Has no one seen Steins Gate? If you like crazy sci-fi it will definitely mess with your head.
