I assume you are talking about Mr Street Racer, if so yes he is.

I like how he tries to back track through his buddies and say that it was all a joke and he was just trying out some Photoshop. He should realize that that everything one puts on the internet has the possibility of becoming one giant joke on yourself. Eliminate that risk by NOT posting stupid PS pics.

I was actually referring to the guy getting out of his car while doing cookies-
