ok so 3 of my buddies and I are planning a 7 day road trip to Miami from new jersey in march (we will be taking an 08' xterra) , we like to party and get drunk so we plan and doing that as well as visiting places like myrtle beach, ultrafest and hitting up JMU on our way back.
Do you guys have any idea what i should defiantly take?
or places to see?
also, all of my friends are 21... i am still 20, i do have a buddies duplicate ID that looks close to me as well as his student ID, would the south give me problems with this?

Spent my childhood going to Myrtle Beach. To be honest, if you are going to Miami, I wouldn't waste your time at Myrtle Beach, no one goes there anymore since they closed the pavilion. Also being from the South, unless you are a complete jack ass with your fake id, the worst that should happen to you is you get it taken. Don't give it to a cop, if you get questioned by a cop you will be much better off to be honest with him. With bar tenders and bouncers, fuck em. Deny Deny Deny.

I have seen cops down here on a couple occasions be cool about someone drinking underage if they were honest about it and weren't causing trouble. I have never been with anyone who had even a halfway decent id and got in any trouble. A couple times the foodlion turned my roommate down but thats the worst I have seen.

I did a road trip from Charlotte to Miami last May. Your in for a hell of a ride. It took forever and I had a big head start compared to your trip. I think it took us 12 hours going 80-90mph for a lot of it. The speed wasn't my choice, my buddy would wait til I went to sleep and I would wake up and look at the speedo and see 95mph. But luckily, we didn't get stopped, maybe radar detectors do work.

Cool that is defiantly some good advice , I think my buddy really wants to go to myrtle beach but I will let him know it's not that great. As for the id I'm going to try my best and your tip was really helpful thanks man
