it varies. 10am-3pm lunch service or 4:30-9:30 dinner service. Also do plenty of doubles aka one long day being the only native english speaker in a sea of chineses/spanish/ihavenoideawhatthefucktheyaresaying co-workers. Aslo am growing very sick of chinese food and trying to take orders from people who literally dont speak a word of english.

Common sense would tell you that 1st would be daylight hours, 2ed would be evening hours, and 3rd would be night hours. And swing you work all of them in rotation.

I start work 4:30-5:30am work anywhere from 5-7 hours, 4 days a week and get off work around noon most days. :D

I work 4 days a week and 3 off, 4 tens are awesome..... I do miss my 8 on 6 off traveling working weeks though.
