Driving, poking smot, and hagning out with friends like most of you guys but I also like to do Martial arts. It's great physical and mental exercise, improves your focus/concentration/balance which all help your driving, and it's a great release for any frustrations/ tension that is built up.
Also meditation really helps. If you practice mindfulness/meditation every day, it actually helps restructure your brain in good ways. I found it a lot easier to "just let go" of stress and anxiety and just take the bumps and stress of life as they are without my own mind freaking out about them.
I seriously recommend it.
