Stress. How do you handle it?

Snowboarding in the winter, and cycling (BMX, mainly) in the summer. Exercise is proven to reduce stress, it's fun, and it's good for you. Sex, booze, eating, smoking weed, and flogging the dolphin all help keep me relatively happy too. I recently stepped down as manager at my job because that was impacting my happiness, and I'm much more content now.

Know that there are people out there having it way worse than you.. Just be grateful for what you have :up:
Andd kickin' it with the homies usually help too.. Keeps the spirit up, and shit off your mind.

run, lift, have sex, vent, bottle it up, punch things, eat, drink
