Thought it was mono, but the doc said it was strep, so ruled that one out.

I mean swollen tonsils and nasty shit all over them. Been downing 500mg of Amoxicillin 3-4 times a day since Monday. FML.

One another note, noticed I had a massive infection on my leg where a piece of farm equipment fell on my leg last week. I didn't pay it any mind, but the GF noticed my leg was turning yellow. Hopefully the antibiotics take care of that too.

you saying you're taking up to 2000mg of amox/per DAY!?

thats like big old FAWKYOUUUU to your kidneys and liver..

typically you take a 1 shot deal of 2K-3K of amox for PRE-surgery...

but daily...that's like running at 29psi on 87octane and a no tune.

*edit...unless you're like 250lbs of pure raw savageman, that would make a little more sense.

Doctor said take 1 pill 3 times a day, so 1500mg. I think I got four yesterday.

My kidneys and liver are awesome. Handle everything like a champ champ. Besides, when I die, I want my organs to be well used up. Like driving a car to 1 million miles, nobody is gonna want it 'cause you've used it ALL up in your lifetime. I like to get my money's worth.
