No I have not. maybe something like 20 or 30km/h over the limit. But not down side streets only on major roads where kiddies are unlikely to be running across the road.

There are roads around here that general traffic drives that much over the limit. From what I hear, traffic laws in Austrailia are a good bit more strict that here in the US. I'm not saying its the right thing to do but it surprised me that all these people were giving him shit for something I would bet they have done at one time or another themselves.
