Apparently. Because nowhere in what I said did I state, or insinuate they were harder than ours. Just that yours are easy to us. I wasn't disagreeing anywhere.

Sydney, Australia here. ( If you don't know where it is look at the map in Massimo's first post)

I advise playing this while reading

        first 3 pics that came up on google;

Aerial view of the city looking south

Essentially the whole CBD looking east

        And a nice skyline shot

Anyway, Sydney is Australia's largest city with a population of 4.6 million. It is ranked around 25-30th in the world economically, iirc. Weather typically varies from 8°C-40s°C. We have amazing beaches around the city, and a further 40mins north. It's a pretty chill place to live with a fairly young population.

Same deal with SA for E30s; Not many enthusiasts and parts are expensive. Also, all the members in NSW are spread pretty far apart. Which makes meets a little hard to put together.

On to sport!! We hold 2 rounds of the V8 Supercar series; I'm claiming Bathurst (Not strictly a round, or near Sydney - 2h45m) and Sydney Olympic Park (gayest track in the world). The main sports here are NRL, Super 15 Rugby Union, A-League (football/soccer),AFL and cricket.

I live in a quiet area in the bible belt called The Hills about 35mins of the city. Very laid back and relaxed, most people here are either self employed or are fairly successful. I see a fair amount of Ferraris, Porsches, Lambos and the occasional Aston around. I love it here, but getting to/ from the city is a nightmare. The road systems leading to the city are not sufficient for the number of users, take the M2- It was the motorway to solve congestion within the North West. It is 15 years old and is being widened for a second time, to 6 lanes now. There are hardly any buses and we've been promised a train station for the last 10 years. So it takes me 1h30mins to get to uni by car+train on a good day, which is a trip that usually takes 35mins :(
Other than that, The Hills are great, 45mins from the beach and 45 from the Blue Mountains, can't complain!

There are some very nice roads around here, Galston Gorge and the Old Pacific Hwy are the ones I go on the most. I would put a map with the route on it but I don't know how to embed that.. aaanyway my bro and I (E30s) go with a few of his mates with their commodores (5.7 & 6.0L worked V8s, dunno HPs) but we demolish them on the runs, very nice twisty pieces of road :)

Sydney's great, everyone should try visit Aus, we're all not like Ivan Milat

EDIT- the Sydney Olympic Park Track

        Tim.

I live in Stuarts Draft, Va.

9 times out of 10 there is a cop sitting behind that sign and I poop my pants on my way to work.

This is where I went to middle school. It sucked ass and I don't remember much.

This is the view you get when you go to a part of town the trash from the basic side of Waynesboro hasn't moved to.

This is Waynesboro. You may recognize it from "Evan Almighty". Really, it sucks hard ass living here.

Really, the best part of living here is being 10 minutes away from The Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive. Fucking awesome road!

My house is down there, more like in the horizon line.

          Blue Ridge Parkway shooting

But you gotta be careful 'cause crazy motherfuckers go up there and shoot people while you're up there with your GF.

...and that's the end of my presentation.

I come from Binghamton, NY we are known for:

              Lockheed Martin
              Binghamton University
              BAE Systems
              IBM
Raymonds is right down the road from me too.

We have about 212 days of cloud coverage, I think that makes this place depressing to people. I personally love the clouds, I dislike sun. We also have a Spiediefest that has people come from ALL over for the balloons and most of all the food staple called Spiedies!

              Also this:
A new report ranks the most depressing cities in America, shedding light on mental health and urban challenges.

The country side is amazing and we have lots of smooth and twisty roads.

                  Bamberg, Germany

I am from Chicago Illinois. Left at 18 to go into the U.S. Army (lost my license due to illegal drag racing at the age of 18).

I now live in Bamberg Germany, since 1994 actually. Warner Barracks is the name of the U.S. Army base here, that will be shut down in about 2 years now. There are roughly 8000 soldiers and family members here.

The city is located in Bavaria, so we are pretty southern in an area called FRANKEN to be even more exact. here...

Here is a picture of the RATHAUS (where the mayor does his thing)

Bamberg is known to have the most breweries per person in all of Germany. We have the world famous smoked beer that is from here (tastes like bacon)......

just a few of the larger out of the hundred or so here.

there is even a small airfield that was originally for the military, but the Germans have taken it over for private small plane owners.

The town is known to be built sometime around 900AD. There's a ton of old stuff to look at. In WW II there was actually very little damage done to the city- even though there was a huge ammo facility (all hidden with trees on the roofs of the buildings).
