2-3 weeks is one thing - especially if you are in no hurry like I was. This does sound like it has gone way too long.

No, but as of today it looks like I will be having cash back to you. As soon as I get it back from him. I just broker part of this stuff sometimes and for the last two months my connection has been flakey. Which makes me flakey. I may have to repay you myself if he doesn't come up with it asap.
