                Foodservice is foodservice. A movie theater has to follow the same regs as a huge chain sitdown bistro.

                        interesting.. i thought it would be different since there is no food handled. One of these got shut down in 2010 due to prostitution.. This one will probably share the same fate.

                                                        If the sex pics are real, that guy definitely paid.

                                                        Rules for serving coffee/drinks are not the same as serving food. You can even 'serve' food as long as it isn't prepared on site or by the staff. ie. you can buy bagels from a bakery and sell them to customers, but you cannot apply cream cheese or toast them-- that's considered preparing the food. Customer has to do that. No 'Our Employees Wash Their Hands' signs in bathrooms either, as I recall. And no health inspectors like you would have with food (no sanitation score). I used to know a bit more than that, but that's a quick run through of it.
