Running a car stereo off 120V -->Stereoinstaller?

The power supply you posted will work just fine. I have one on my desk at work. I ran a 12v adapter that only had a 1.5 amp out put on my deck in my garage. Ill see if I still have the one i was using at home, if i do ill send it to you.

I ended up buying one with a 10A constant 12A surge. Has a port on the front for cigarette lighter. That's a nice setup you have at work! Where do you work? Automotive related?
