actually the odds of winning the jackpot, i believe, are much much lower than even that...

edit: seems news stories say 1 in 176 mil for 1 ticket, but i really doubt thats true.

Move to a country with good tax benefits ( monaco, ....)
Get a good lawyer.
Pay a good guy to invest money for U, and he gets 10% of the profits. He will work for that money like no tomorrow. Money makes money.
Build a new house on a stunning location ( swimming pool, large garden, track ... )
Underground garage for a nice collection of cars
Garage bay fully equipped for my wrenching pleasure
Travel the world when we feel like it
Give my family a bonus ( just to take the pressure off, not to make them retire )
Don't donate to charity, but give the money myself in person. ( too many stories of how 1000 dollars ends up in a mere 100 dollar in the end when it arrives , cut out the middlemen)
