That's unconstitutional and a huge stab at our civil liberties.
This is what happens when the people creating and passing laws are old, religious, conservative people that don't use the internet enough to understand it.
It might look good to some shallow minded people on paper as "vote for this it will protect your children" but they don't see or don't care about the impacts on our rights.
