    Electronic BBQ help.

    Sup?

We are planning on building a BBQ trailer similar to this in design. We will be using recycled parts for the fire box and build the smoker box out of 1/8 inch steel plate that will be insulated. I am looking to cook for a long time at low temperatures. I want to automate it and have been looking at temperature controllers.

The plan is to control a 110v fan that blows into the firebox with a temperature controller taking readings in the smoker box with a probe.
Will this shit get the job done?

Thanks in advance big brained BMW people.
