    Tough Mudder

    Me and and a few friends will be signing up. anybody done this before? I am really excited.

    Tough Mudder is the world's best team-based obstacle course and mud run.

    did the one in VT last year....water temps were like 36-37 degrees, it was awesome tho

          Not bad. I need to start getting my cardio up as I only do weight training at the moment.

            i never trained for it, not one minute. I was actually out at the bar till like midnight the night before, obviously I wasnt getting trashed, but its more mental than physical to keep going

                Really everything I read says you have to sign up as a team. Might be different in the USA.

                  i signed up as an individual and just ran with my buddy, they do have teams and what not but its not too structured

                              my buddy did one before and told me that it's surprisingly team related... you dont really go for the fastest time. you work together a lot more than people think
