Looking for a forum/info on a 1959 Mercedes Benz 220se with fuel injection

So my buddy got one of these given to him and he is trying to find info on it. I know nothing about them but figured i'd ask here since more people are in the know of the 'euro' world here.

My landlord runs a MB Indy shop, been around for 40 years, he has mechanics that probably worked on those cars when they were new... Let me know if you have specific questions or I can make an intro.

He basicly is trying to find out what they are worth, parts or whole. Cause he saved it from the crusher. I havent seen the car yet, but from what i hear it isnt really a partscar so to speak. but has been sitting since mid 70's i think.

Doing some digging on this car, looks like they only made 1974 of them that year.
