    FUUUUUUUU Big Mess

So I haven't been in my basement/garage for a week or so. We just started using our AC in the house because its been so hot here. Turns out some part of the AC system leaked water into an oil pan filled with old motor oil from like 4 or 5 cars. It had been dripping for about a week, resulting in the water collecting in the oil pan and the oil ending up in a huge ass puddle all over the concrete floor. Which because my dad and I are messy meant tools and parts were covered in oil too. So I just spent the past 3 hours with him cleaning up all our shit that was on the floor and wiping the floor up before covering it with kitty litter. This is one of the weirdest, most ridiculously frustrating things that has ever happened to me. /rant

That sucks. I live in a 100 year old house with a dirt floor, full height basement. I have a metal shop, wood shop, and high tolerance shop basically. When it rains it floods, when life gets me down i go weld standing in a puddle. Frustrates the hell out of me also. especially when their are things i want to get done.

    Good luck with it...

if I ever leave an oil pan full of oil lying around, I always end up stepping in it or kicking it over or something long before anything else weird can happen to it.
