Always park straight as an arrow. I don't do it unless it's on a hill and rolling is an issue.

I can't stand it when I see people parking with their wheels turned all the way to one side. My sister and my dad do it. Not just slightly turned, but cranked all the way in one direction. Not for rolling reasons, because they can't park worth shit.
