My style is pretty standard.

Straight on. The only reason I would full lock park is if I had nice wheels and I'm doing a shoot.

Wheels straight, unless on a hill with a curb then I park with them turned a bit so as to prevent the car from careening down the hill should something go drastically wrong and the gearbox/parking brake fail.

Steering wheel always straight though. Can't stand a steering wheel cocked off.

At work I park with the top of the wheel turned to 6:00 so it's less hot at the end of the day, since my space faces the sun.
