wow, as a former chef by profession, i made a policy that i would never eat food made by some1 who wouldnt eat it themselves...the reason: i didnt give a shit about food that i didnt find appetizing myself(ie: anything vegan)...

Normally I would be the same way but it was a sushi bar so you could see what he was doing and he took making it very seriously. Very skilled. The man just didnt eat raw fish, never even tried it.

i don't know where you SC guys are that are at/around Clemson.. but if you've never been to Uptown's to get the all you can eat sushi, you should..... not sure where they moved to after their place in downtown got flooded, but you guys have to hit it up...i don't even like sushi....
