Good bushel! I love having crabs every night, actually....I will have some now! Gotta love NJ.
Too bad about the E30, at least you got out before the tide came in!
...also, was that a pun with the "bins" and "Bushels"? If so: Touche sir.

This is a business, this is not a charity. You know, I mean maybe one day UNICEF will get into the towing business, but you know, until then, we're the people to see.

so, living at the jersey shore we have a ton of outdoor activities to enjoy. i love to fish and crab so thurs the wife and i decided to go crabing in one of the many creeks along the del bay.
the good, we caught a full bushel of crabs. mostly #1's with a few 2's. it's bin a long time since you have bin able to fill a basket.
now the bad. while the tide was in when we put the boat in the water ( that was easy). but the tide was out when pulling the boat out. the ramp was a soft clam shell/dirt mix with a steep incline to the water. well, you guessed it. the e30 could not get the boat up the ramp and not only that, but it dug right in. stuck solid.
called the state police and the trooper came out, asked if i needed a tow and how i was going to pay. asked him how much, he don't know, i say well, i have a hundred but not three hundred. he says the truck is on the way all the while the tide is swiftly starting to creep up to the car. wrecker shows and how about that, it's gona cost a hundred. pay him, he hooks me up and gets me up the ramp.
the tide was almost to the rear wheels. the crabs where great, the beer was cold and the eta is doing just fine although i could of swarn i heard her say wtfTags: None
