I feel bad for him, too. He's a decent guy.
He has to own that bad decision and take the backlash for the judges scores. These ass backwards decisions have been dominating boxing lately. It's gotten to the point where I can't even enjoy a fight because I know the fickle and possibly corrupt judges are waiting. It's a really big blow to boxing lately.
Now we'll see a rematch for a fight that already clearly showed who the better fighter was.

I saw that after the fight while they were in the ring waiting for the decision, Bradley told Arum "I tried my hardest, but I just couldn't beat the guy" Then the decision came right after...whoops

Looks like we won't see Mayweather-Pacquaio for at least a year. Not to mention, the allure that has been lost.

It must be so cool for you FK to see your old high school pal in the ring with Manny. Is he really the stand-up guy as he portrays himself to be on tv and hbo's 24/7?
His old man seems like a militant mother f-cker. I'd love to pick your brain about the guy.

That milk dud can suck my dick. PACMAN all day, he got robbed. He could have knocked his ass out in the 3rd-4th round with Bradley staggering. Apparently this is allegedly a publicity stunt.

Boxing is dead, occasionally Mayweather (another piece of shit I fucking hate) will stir the crowd, but between MMA and that Tap Out shit, there's no attention to boxing. Especially with other sports going on. Everyone would expect the call to be Pacman, but throwing a wrench in the works puts boxing on spotlight, and anticipation rises for November 10th.

Just some ideas I've been reading, I don't wear a tin foil hat, don't believe in conspiracies, etc so it's not meant to be taken that way.

You should go sit in the corner and suck tour own dick. Tim didn't call the fight, he didn't keep score, and even though I don't think it was scored right, there is no reason to hold that to either fighter. Regardless of the scorecard, Tim stayed up in the ring bell to bell against what is said to be the best boxer of the past decade.

And yeah, his is totally the guy the prefight media made him out to be, stand up and legit as fu.

Zinno and Farber have it right. Don't even think of blaming Bradley. We had the fight on in the newsroom last night (I'm a newspaper copy editor) -- a pair of our guys were shooting at ringside. I wouldn't say it was a close fight -- general consensus had Pacquiao 11 rounds to one over Bradley and I'd have to agree. Pacquiao was the aggressor throughout and clearly landed more and harder shots. It looked like he almost knocked Bradley down more than once, while never finding himself in similar peril.

That being said, Bradley was a warrior from start to finish. He took one hell of a lot of hits and didn't back down ... and ended the fight on his feet against a great champion. He was outclassed by a stronger opponent but in my opinion showed class for all 12 rounds.

So I felt bad when the decision was announced and still feel bad for Bradley this morning. We're his hometown, and when the decision was announced it was met in the newsroom not by cheers but by groans and comments of "c'mon ... really? ... were they watching the same fight?"

As for the judges, I'm with you. Whatever their reasoning, they well and truly suck. As far as I'm concerned they didn't rob Pacquiao. He knows he won, and knows everybody else who saw the fight recognizes the decision as bullshit. No, the judges stole from Bradley, a warrior who should have walked away from a hard-fought loss with pride and honor and is now stuck with a victory tainted by greed and politics.

A sad night for boxing ...

                because Mafia

EDIT - this is why I've given up on boxing. Used to love it. Back in the Holyfield and Tyson days. Flash KO's, the pride of fighters, someone getting half an ear bitten off..... Now I don't hate boxing, I still go to the gym tuesday/thursday nights and throw down ( to compliment the judo/BJJ/wrestling ) but ever since I've gotten into training in grappling and MMA, I cant look back..... BS calls by judges happen everywhere, even in MMA, but that one last night was so blatant.....

I'm not holding it to either fighter? I'm holding it to the judges. As another member said, PMan was favored 11 out of the 12 rounds, had over 100 more punches thrown, way more connects, etc. everyone knows Pacman won, but it's the tarnishing loss on his record others (who did not witness the fight) will not understand. Yes Tim held himself very well and should have walked away with pride even with a loss just for hanging 12 rounds with Pacman. As I said, I believe this was a publicity stunt. It's been all over the web, news, radio, etc putting boxing in the spotlight.

I bet my E30 Pacman wins on November 10th as the "almighty come back".... Ask me if I'm kidding
